About the Role:

Sales Team Leader (Inside Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle direct sales calls with

  farmers and agro-dealers

  across India.
• Train the team on sales pitches, objection handling, and

  detailed product knowledge

  .
• Convert inbound leads (from Ads, WhatsApp, and website) into orders.
• Negotiate with wholesale dealers for

  bulk orders

  .
• Track performance metrics, report sales numbers, and suggest improvements.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in Inside Sales / Telesales.

• Compulsory:

  Strong knowledge and prior experience with

  agrochemicals and agro-inputs

  (fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides, PGRs, bio-products).
• Strong communication skills in

  Hindi & English

  (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Proven track record of closing sales and handling negotiations.
• Experience in managing or mentoring a small sales team.
• Target-driven with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
