About the Role:

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales of agrochemical products in the assigned South India territory.
  • Handle direct sales calls with farmers and Agri-dealers across India.
  • Convert leads from marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Website).
  • Build long-term relationships with dealers & large farmer groups.
  • Negotiate with wholesale dealers for bulk orders.
  • Achieve monthly sales & collection targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.


Requirements:


  • Minimum

    2 years

    of experience in Inside

    Agriculture Sales

    .
  • Compulsory:

    Strong knowledge and prior experience with agrochemicals and Agri-inputs (fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides, PGRs, bio-products).
  • Fluent in

    regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam).

  • Proven track record of closing sales and handling negotiations.
  • Target-driven with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
