Job Title: Sales Team Lead – Dubai Operations

Job Summary:

Brillianz Education is looking for a dynamic and fluent Sales Team Lead to manage our Dubai education operations from our Kadavanthra office in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and be capable of engaging effectively with clients based in the UAE. This role involves handling inquiries, following up on leads, and guiding students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls related to Dubai education programs.

Communicate fluently and professionally in English with students and clients in the UAE.

Provide accurate information on courses, admission requirements, and related services.

Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Collaborate with the Dubai office to ensure smooth processing of admissions and student support.

Meet daily/weekly performance and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Experience in tele-calling, customer service, or the education sector is preferred.

Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Candidates from Kerala or those planning to relocate to Kochi are preferred.
