Sales Team Leader

Should have handled minimum of 20-50 agents.  Should know throughput calculations like Attrition, Shrinkage.  Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner.  Must have worked and should have knowledge about the Dialers.  Should have handled the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals.  Responsible for staff retention within the team.  Should be from Loan Sales background.  The Candidate should have good experience in Sales, Customer Service. Must have knowledge of handling Home loans and Insurance.  Must have excellent communication & good knowledge in excel (vlook-up, hlook-up and pivot table).  Must be able to handle the clients and should have good communications skills while communicating through calls and mails.  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.  Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.  Candidate must be in Pune and Immediate joiner.
