Job Description

You will be responsible for driving sales enrollments and sales within the city. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research and preparing a list of prospective customers. - Managing and motivating a team of sales members to achieve better sales performance. - Ensuring that the team members are actively present in the market to drive enrollments and product usage regularly. - Demonstrating good networking capabilities and being open to extensive travel within the specified areas. Key Role: - Managing a designated geographic sales area to achieve maximum sales targets and meet corporate objectives. - Building a database of key contact persons within the assigned geography. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with key client personnel. - Guiding category leads from the qualification stage to closure. Qualifications Required: - Must possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet. - Should have a strong zeal for growth. - Demonstrated good market knowledge. - Previous experience in a channel sales role, managing a sales team of at least 5 members. - Familiarity with distribution, expansion, and metric concepts. - Proven track record of helping teams earn lucrative incentives.
