• SR (Sales Representative): 2+ years
• SO (Sales Officer): 3+ years
• AASM (Associate Area Sales Manager): 4–5 years

Location: Across Rajasthan (Multiple Territories)

Open Positions:

• Sales Representative (SR)

Roles & Responsibilities:

SR – Sales Representative:

• Generate orders from retailers and wholesalers
• Ensure product visibility and availability at outlets
• Daily market visit and beat plan execution
• Work under the supervision of SO/AASM
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

SO – Sales Officer:

• Appoint and manage distributors in assigned territory
• Handle primary & secondary sales tracking
• Supervise SRs and ensure effective route coverage
• Ensure scheme implementation and payment follow-ups
• Maintain stock rotation and handle billing

AASM – Associate Area Sales Manager:

• Lead a team of SOs and SRs
• Drive overall business growth in the area
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets
• Ensure PJP (journey plan) compliance and beat productivity
• Coordinate between HO, distributor, and field team

ASM – Area Sales Manager:

• Overall responsible for state
• Lead and train SOs, AASM, SRs under the region
• Market analysis, competitor tracking & forecasting
• Build and maintain a strong distribution network
• Report directly to the RSM

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in FMCG Sales (Tea experience preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of local market & geography
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven team leadership (for AASM & ASM)
• Ready for extensive fieldwork and travel
