Sales Team Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, your role will involve managing a field sales team from the office. It is a target-free job where your daily tasks will include: - Updating state-wise sales data regularly. - Collecting orders from the team and dealers, processing them for PI & Bills, and forwarding them to a relevant sales employee or dealer. - Checking outstanding bills, sharing them with the team and dealers, and ensuring timely clearance. - Reviewing tour plans, daily work plans, and Samson bulletin. - Resolving queries from team members and dealers. - Identifying and establishing relationships with new dealers. - Developing and implementing schemes for our dealers. - Conducting monthly meetings with team members to review collection and gather feedback. - Managing new member login, log out, follow-up, property catalog, and other related tasks. - Coordinating direct sales with dealer, retailer, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator (Required). Proficiency in English is preferred.
