Sales Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with prospective clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct property tours, site visits, and present listings to potential buyers.
• Guide clients throughout the sales cycle—from inquiry to deal closure.
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s completed or currently pursuing).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior knowledge or experience in real estate is preferred.
• Strong client service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence, professionalism, and a proactive approach to work.
