Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to manage the end-to-end customer journey — from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role is critical in preparing accurate quotes, BOQs, and supporting documentation, while coordinating across internal teams and external production partners to ensure seamless client experiences and complete sales records. Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries via website, social media, email, or phone. Prepare timely and accurate quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and related documentation. Coordinate with internal teams and production to confirm product specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the buying process, including payment follow-up, order updates, and delivery coordination. Maintain comprehensive records of all communications, revisions, and client decisions. Update CRM systems and sales trackers with precise quote and order information. Assist in resolving issues related to order changes or post-sales concerns. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or estimation within the furniture is a must. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data and pricing management. Familiar with CRM or ERP systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail with a client-focused mindset.
