Sales Support Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Zoho CRM database with accurate lead, account, and opportunity information
• Support sales representatives across time zones by tracking prospect communication, follow-ups, and deal progress
• Generate and format sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries from CRM data
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams on lead handoff, collateral updates, and client documentation
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotes for prospective clients
• Manage scheduling for client demos, follow-up meetings, and proposal deadlines
• Ensure data hygiene and consistency across global accounts and contact lists
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements for sales workflows and CRM usage

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, CRM, or operations support role
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is required
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work with a distributed (global) sales team across time zones

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience in SaaS, XR/VR, or technology-based solutions
• Knowledge of sales automation tools or CRM integrations
• Basic understanding of lead generation or digital marketing processes
