Job Title : Sales & Support Executive

Location : Unit No, 13B-14A , 2nd floor, Moti Manzil, (Mathura)

Qualification : Only for MBA/BBA/B.Com

*Key Responsibilities*

• Communicate effectively with clients in both Hindi and English to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to assist clients effectively.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Respond promptly to client queries via email, phone, or other communication channels.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and resolve any challenges.

• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the client experience.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

• Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).

• Strong ability to understand and address client needs.

• Quick learner with the capacity to grasp and explain product/service details clearly.

• Professionalism, patience, and a client-focused attitude.

• Capability to manage multiple client interactions and work under deadlines.

• Familiarity with academic writing and research fields (preferred but not mandatory).
