Qualifications & Skills: • Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written). • Strong ability to understand and address client needs. • Quick learner with the capacity to grasp and explain product/service details clearly. • Professionalism, patience, and a client-focused attitude. • Capability to manage multiple client interactions and work under deadlines. • Familiarity with academic writing and research fields (preferred but not mandatory).
