Sales & Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Support Executive to handle customer support, lead follow-ups, and basic sales coordination. This role involves assisting customers with product usage, resolving queries, following up on leads, and supporting revenue generation through structured communication and reporting. The role requires strong coordination skills and comfort in handling both support and sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to product usage, billing, and account setup via calls, email, or chat

Assist customers in understanding features and resolving basic issues

Follow up with incoming leads and trial users to explain product benefits

Coordinate product demos and support the sales process

Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes

Prepare weekly and monthly reports such as Leads contacted, Conversions, Active customers, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

Work closely with the product and support teams to resolve customer issues

Ensure timely communication and smooth handover between sales and support functions

Skills Required

Clear verbal and written communication

Ability to speak confidently with customers over calls

Basic understanding of SaaS or subscription-based products

Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets

Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Experience in customer support, inside sales, or SaaS products is an advantage

Willingness to learn product features and business workflows
