Sales Support Executive

Job Description: As a Sales & Support Executive at the company, your responsibilities will revolve around customer support and sales tasks. Your primary tasks will include conducting outbound calling to existing customers, providing support regarding products and services, utilizing computer skills like Excel for sales and support activities, and demonstrating proficiency in accounts and Busy Software. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calling to existing customers - Provide support to customers on products and services - Utilize computer skills, particularly Excel, for sales and support tasks - Demonstrate understanding of accounts and Busy Software for effective performance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is a must - Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management is required - Proficiency in English is preferred In this full-time permanent role, you will work from 10 am to 6 pm, six days a week. The compensation package includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The job is located in Pitampura, Delhi, and you are expected to work on-site.
