Sales Support Executive

Job Description: As a Sales Support Executive at our company, your role will involve attending inbound calls, offering product information, and providing suitable solutions to potential customers. Your main focus will be guiding customers through their purchasing decisions by offering product recommendations and addressing their queries effectively through tele-calling. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through incoming calls to provide product information and assistance. - Demonstrate clear and accurate knowledge of our products and services, emphasizing their features and benefits. - Provide solution-oriented support by understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable product recommendations or alternatives. - Assist customers in the purchasing process by guiding them on pricing, promotions, and product availability. - Address any customer questions or concerns regarding products, delivery options, or other related inquiries. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the company's CRM system. - Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and provide additional information as necessary. - Support the sales team by providing leads and potential customers with relevant product details and solutions. Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. - Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam, with the ability to explain products clearly and effectively. - Proficiency in handling telephonic communication to gather product and pricing information. - Ability to maintain records of orders and deliveries. - Basic understanding of sales processes and product offerings. - Knowledge of CRM tools and software is considered a plus.
