Sales Support Executive

As a Sales & Support Executive at Rudra Research Work, your role involves effectively communicating with clients in both Hindi and English to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. You will need to develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist clients effectively and build and maintain positive relationships with them, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Responding promptly to client queries via email, phone, or other communication channels is also a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients in both Hindi and English to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. - Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist clients effectively. - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. - Respond promptly to client queries via email, phone, or other communication channels. - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and resolve any challenges. - Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the client experience. Qualifications & Skills: - Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written). - Strong ability to understand and address client needs. - Quick learner with the capacity to grasp and explain product/service details clearly. - Professionalism, patience, and a client-focused attitude. - Capability to manage multiple client interactions and work under deadlines. - Familiarity with academic writing and research fields (preferred but not mandatory).
