Job Description

As a Presales Consultant, you will be at the heart of our sales efforts, playing a crucial role in showcasing the value of our industry-leading solutions. You ll support the sales team in addressing customer needs, designing tailored demonstrations, and driving product adoption. Your expertise in banking technology will help position our solutions as the top choice for financial institutions seeking cutting-edge fraud prevention.

  1. Technical Expertise:

  2. Develop a deep understanding of our solutions and how they meet the needs of financial institutions.
  3. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the banking industry.
  4. Sales Support:

  5. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  6. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  7. Address questions and objections raised by potential customers.
  8. Solution Development:

  9. Design and create customized demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pilot projects that showcase the value of our solutions.
  10. Assist in developing proposals and RFP responses with a focus on technical accuracy and relevance.
  11. Collaboration:

  12. Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  13. Collaborate with marketing to create technical content, case studies, and whitepapers that highlight our solutions benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a presales role, preferably within the banking or financial technology sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of banking solutions, including core banking systems is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing deals in a presales capacity.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Experience with proposal writing, RFP responses, and creating technical documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
