Sales Support

As a Sales/Administrative Support, you will play a crucial role in providing sales and administrative assistance to the sales team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the CRM database is always up-to-date. Key Responsibilities: - Check the leads and info mailbox regularly - Convert incoming download requests into leads and assign them to the relevant sales staff - Follow up on leads by making telephone calls and provide OnDemand access details if necessary - Create the WUP calculation worksheet 60 days before the WUP expiry date and hand it over to the SOM - Generate support or training contracts in CRM for invoiced orders - Assist in pre-exhibition preparations and post-exhibition follow-ups - Coordinate travel arrangements for sales visits, meetings, exhibitions, on-site training, or demos - Maintain the CRM database with accurate details and avoid duplicates - Assist in creating simple quotations - Support in executing marketing campaigns - Process sales orders and generate license files Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Outlook, MS-CRM, MS-SharePoint, and MS-NAV - Strong personal skills such as working to a routine, understanding processes and systems, being methodical, a team player, and possessing good communication skills Please note that the mentioned applications/tools should be familiar to you, and your personal skills play a vital role in fulfilling the responsibilities effectively.,
