Job Description:

Blaze Sales and Service India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator with 1–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team by handling documentation, coordination, client communication, and backend processes to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and documentation.
• Follow up with clients for order status, payments, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Support customer queries and escalate issues as required.
• Ensure smooth communication between sales and operations/logistics teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1 to 4 years in a sales support/admin/coordination role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
