Sales Support & Leads management
> Prepare and maintain sales reports & customer databases.
> Track leads and update CRM/Excel records regularly.
> Manage the complete lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion.
> Capture, track, and update all sales leads in the CRM system.
> Distribute qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives/teams.
> Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff from campaigns, events, and digital channels.
> Monitor lead response times and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion.
> Maintain data hygiene in CRM by updating contact details, status, and activity logs.
> Generate regular reports and dashboards on lead flow, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
> Identify bottlenecks in the lead management process and recommend improvements.
> Support the sales team with insights on lead behavior, source effectiveness, and campaign ROI.
