🎯 Your Role:

We are looking for a strong leader who can:

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of 50 sales agents
• Design sales training modules to help agents close deals over phone calls
• Build scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and confidence for telephonic conversions
• Track daily metrics: calls made, conversion %, follow-ups, and revenue
• Coordinate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to sync feedback loops
• Manage shift planning, quality control, and performance reviews
• ✅ What We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in inside sales training (healthcare or D2C brands preferred)
• Strong command of sales psychology and phone-based customer persuasion
• Ability to coach agents to handle objections and build trust on call
• Hindi & English fluency a must
• Energetic, hands-on, and outcome-focused
