We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve store targets and individual KPIs. Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members. Train new and existing staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques. Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked. Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally. Assist in planning and executing promotions, offers, and visual merchandising. Prepare and submit sales reports and team performance updates. Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the store to enhance customer experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2–4 years of experience in retail sales or supervisory roles. Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
