Job Description – Sales & Studio Operations Manager Location: Kolkata Package: ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA Industry: Laminate / Plywood / Surface Materials Experience: 3–7 years preferred

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic preferably lemale professional to lead studio operations and drive sales growth across our three studios — Tangra, Howrah, and Siliguri. This role requires strong leadership, industry familiarity, and hands-on involvement in digital marketing initiatives to support brand visibility and business development.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage studio teams across Tangra, Howrah & Siliguri • Oversee sales operations and support field sales staff • Build and maintain dealer, architect, and designer relationships • Ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are achieved • Implement studio walk-in management, customer handling, and conversion tracking • Plan and execute social media & digital marketing initiatives (Meta/Facebook/Instagram) • Coordinate with HO on marketing campaigns, reporting, and branding needs • Track market trends and competition in laminate and surface industry • Conduct sales reviews, performance tracking & team guidance • Plan studio promotions, events, and product display upgrades

Must-Have Skills • Proven experience in Sales & Team Handling • Strong understanding of laminate / plywood / interior materials industry • Digital marketing exposure (social media ads, posting, lead nurturing) • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline • Ability to travel to studios as required Preferred Profile • Preferably Female candidate • Prior experience in plywood / laminate / interior industry • Confident, presentable, and customer-focused • Ability to manage high-value client interactions

Education Graduate / MBA preferred (not mandatory if strong experience)
