Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Infilect Technologies as a Sales & Strategic Partnership Manager, focusing on Enterprise SaaS sales and product partnership efforts. Your role will involve setting GTM growth KPIs, generating leads, engaging with potential clients, creating play-books and documentation, negotiating pricing contracts, managing partnership stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product solutions. Additionally, you will be required to travel to close partnership contracts in various regions. Key Responsibilities: - Setting GTM growth KPIs and revenue targets, and reaching out to partners to achieve them - Generating leads from websites, inbound leads, and outbound leads to support sales enablement - Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams for POC projects - Creating play-books, documentation, case studies, and integration write-ups for stakeholders and partners - Negotiating product pricing contracts and partnership terms - Working with product delivery and customer success teams to execute product trials and scale products with customers - Managing partnership stakeholders and providing feedback to product teams for new use cases - Travelling to different regions to close partnership contracts Qualifications Required: - Drive to set growth KPIs and work in a startup environment - Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and analysis skills - High emotional quotient to handle pressure situations - Customer empathy, engineering team empathy, ownership, delegation, and problem-solving skills - Passion for business growth and partnerships - Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills Company Details (if available): Infilect is a pioneer in Visual Intelligence for global Retail, offering SaaS products based on patented AI and Image Recognition technology.
