Location: This position is open to candidates who are willing to work out of office from Bengaluru. Role: Solutions Architect - Pre Sales We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team. This role involves a blend of Customer Engagement, Technical Expertise and Solution Design. Key Responsibilities Include: Participating in customer sales calls to gather requirements and contribute to solution architecture, including determining the appropriate use of APIs and SDKs, strategies for master data sharing, and the interpretation of analytics KPIs. Leading and facilitating Client Demo Calls and assisting with responses to RFPs. Working on integrations with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, AWS, and GCP, as well as partner-oriented SDK and API integrations and customer-oriented integrations.. Helping customers grasp Master Data Dependencies to ensure effective Proof of Concepts (POCs). Reviewing pre-sales test-drive deliverables and engaging with customers to further enhance the effectiveness of POCs. Ability to be productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation Experience with Python and JavaScript Understanding of techniques for scaling applications in a cloud environment. Knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes Develop and present complex multi-tier cloud applications on leading cloud service provider platforms e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, and demonstrating customer use-case compliance via proof of technology engagements. The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate a strong passion for Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships. Be flexible and committed to working across multiple time zones as needed. Hold a Specialization/ Background in Computer Science or IT. Possess Prior Experience in Analytics, AI, or Product-Focussed Roles.
