Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a design and Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their interior design needs, offering tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, product demonstrations, and developing a strong understanding of the company's product offerings to drive conversions. Participation in training sessions and collaborating with the sales team are essential aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Customer Service skills with a focus on providing an excellent client experience
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Self-motivated team player with problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with the home interiors, autocad drawings, and furniture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
