Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training. The role requires engagement with customers to understand their needs, promoting and upselling products, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor junior staff
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the fashion jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
