Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Meerut, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, providing customer service, managing sales pipelines, and facilitating training sessions to improve sales strategies and outcomes. The Sales Specialist will also assist in the preparation of sales reports and contribute to the overall sales management process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
