Fleet Sales / KAM (Key Account Manager)

Key Responsibility:

• Manage and develop business with

  fleet owners, transporters, and contractor clients.

• Handle

  corporate and key accounts (CAM / Fleet accounts)

  end-to-end.
• Drive sales growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, pricing, and service support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must be currently working or have prior experience in the

  tyre industry.

• Minimum

  4+ years of experience

  in fleet sales / key account management.
• Strong exposure to

  B2B / Fleet Sales.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-value accounts.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Background:

• Experience handling

  commercial vehicle tyre sales OHT Tyre Sales & OTR Tyre Sales

• Strong network with fleet operators, transporters, and contractors.
