Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. Daily tasks include managing sales inquiries, conducting vehicle demonstrations, following up on leads, and closing sales. Additional duties involve sales management and providing training to junior sales team members.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Training skills to support team development
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
