Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include prospecting leads, conducting sales presentations, managing client accounts, and providing product training to clients. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in software or technology sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
