Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Indore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales activities, providing training for new sales employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
• Experience in providing Training to sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
