This Position reports to:

Marketing & Sales Manager


You will be working as Sales Specialist - Servo products reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager and will be part of Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Ahmedabad, India. In this role you will be responsible for the sales of products, systems, services within a designated market or division, in line with the division strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Achieving the sales target of completely new business of 50 MINR for Servo Drive Products ( Servo drive & motors)
  • Primarly focus on OEMs through Channel Partners or OEMs or system integrators market
  • Achieving the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time and developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in cluster
  • Working together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth and preparing business plan for each focused market focused on activity
  • Driving business growth with CP or OEM or SI’s with proper business planning & intime support
  • Continuously gain knowledge on new applications to present ABB product advantages better and coordinating with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed
  • Working closely with the CP or OEM or SI’s and selling with proper product positioning
Qualifications for the role
  • Degree in BE or BTech or Diploma in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience and knowledge on Servo systems, PLC, VFD Distribution Market
  • Good knowledge on the Drives & Automation is preferred
  • Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values
  • Good communication skills
