Role Overview

We are looking for engineering professionals from the IT services industry, preferably with 4 to 8 years of experience in roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Tech Lead, or Programmer, who are now seeking to pivot into client-facing, sales, and strategic management roles.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for individuals who want to accelerate their career into client engagement and business leadership within the technology services space.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients (domestic and international), building trusted relationships.
• Manage delivery coordination, client satisfaction, and long-term engagement goals.
• Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Orcapod’s services.
• Support account planning, performance reviews, and strategic alignment with client objectives.
• Ensure proactive issue resolution, status reporting, and escalation management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT services in roles like Project Manager, Business Analyst, Tech Lead, or Programmer.
• Exposure to client-facing or customer-handling roles is highly preferred.
• Passionate about transitioning into account management, sales, or client leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Person should have excellent communication skills, should have a professional dressing sense and high energy levels.
