Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the sales growth and market share of SKF's portfolio in the railways sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing business strategies and enhancing customer relationships to achieve profitable sales growth. - Increasing sales in Carriage & Wagon Workshop and exploring opportunities in Auxiliary Bearing business with Private OEM & Railway Workshop. - Improving Reman business volume through proactive follow-up and effective funnel management. - Engaging with Zonal Railway officials to market SKF's offerings and value propositions. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality engineering support and developing a wide network within the Indian railways. - Managing customer accounts, contractual obligations, and driving new business development with railways workshops. - Demonstrating willingness to travel as required. You are expected to possess the following skills: - Business acumen and financial knowledge - Domain knowledge in the product/segment - Market and customer orientation - Strong interpersonal relationships - Negotiation skills Your performance will be measured based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Revenue and Margin Achievements - Hit ratio achieved year-over-year - Adoption rate enhancement (conversion of manual to automatic lubrication) - Account Receivables management To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management and Business Development in the railways sector. - Experience in the industrial segment is mandatory. - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
