About the Role:-

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product solutions — all through phone, email, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Engage with inbound/outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of all interactions.
• Follow up with leads regularly and nurture customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the marketing and support team to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.

What are we looking for:-

• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer success
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong command over CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication
• Fluency in English + regional language (if required by location/region)
