Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Key tasks include conducting market research, presenting solutions to clients, negotiating deals, managing customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role may also involve providing product training and support to clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Experienced in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to identify prospects, manage leads, and close sales deals.
• Ability to deliver Training related to product knowledge and usage, ensuring customers maximize the benefits of the solutions provided.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to cater to client-specific requirements.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Work experience in industrial automation or a related domain will be considered an added advantage.
