Hope you are doing well we have job opportunity with one of our client Designation_ Service Sales Specialist / Sales Specialist Location – Jamshedpur & Raipur Experience –5+yrs Qualification – Engineering - Diploma /Graduate / PG Skill Set – Sales - Low or Medium Voltage VFDs JD To grow business in Heavy Industries Market (Metal/MMH/Rubber/Cement/Chemical etc) (Location- Jamshedpur) to meet order targets and ensure sustainable, profitable business growth by planning, overseeing implementation of plans/strategies, and supporting FES team in driving market development within company guidelines. Work model: on site #LI-onsite This role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Jamshedpur, India Main Accountabilities: Budget, Planning and Execution Responsible for Drive Product business in Heavy Industry segment in West India. Evaluate growth opportunities and decides appropriate activities in-line with the strategy. Achieve the sales target in growing Drive product business in Heavy industry segment with Sales team. Define target markets, segments, applications and with optimum sales channels. Prepare business plan for cluster-wise to achieve order targets and build sales team. Regular planning activities required for the business in the form of forecast, meetings, ppts. Presales techno-commercial support to FES & channel partners Market Development Owner of segment business with a focus on value proposition and marketing activities. Work closely with the consultants, End User and share success stories Make sure that portfolio is fully used, properly positioned, communicated to sales & channels. Ownership Full commitment on the business with the sales meeting the required gross margins Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed. MIS Regularly review deparment activities and order status to ensure profitability. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders. Projects & key account management Systematically track the key projects and win directly else together with Industry focused partners. Develop a business plan for key accounts and take responsibility for managing them 1 | Sales Specialist Qualifications for the role Qualification: BE/BTech: Minimum 5+ yrs experience Good knowledge on the Heavy industry Market Good knowledge on the Drives Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell segment specific Drives Good communication skills Show more Show less
