Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Present and promote our legal services to prospective clients
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored legal solutions
• Close sales effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide mentorship and training to junior sales associates

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
