Role Overview As a Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in driving client engagement and service adoption. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their legal needs and matching them with the right solutions offered by Kanoon-e. This is a full-time, on-site role. Key Responsibilities Proactively handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries Present and promote our legal services to prospective clients Identify client needs and recommend tailored legal solutions Close sales effectively while ensuring client satisfaction Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide mentorship and training to junior sales associates Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in sales and customer service Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Why Join Kanoon-e?
