Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bawal for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, presenting product features and benefits, closing sales, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the fastening solutions or similar industry is a plus
