Skills:

CRM, Cold Calling, Negotiation, Lead Generation, Communication Skill, B2B sales,We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executives (Telesales) to promote and sell subscription plans for our application, CREDITQ, over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of our plans, and effectively closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Pitch and sell CREDITQ plans and subscriptions.
  • Explain product features and pricing clearly.
  • Maintain follow-ups and build customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and provide feedback on customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Good communication and persuasive skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior telesales experience will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
