Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kanpur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, performing product demonstrations, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Training both clients and junior team members may also be part of the responsibilities to ensure optimal use of company products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and provide exceptional experiences for potential and existing clients.
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing client accounts effectively.
• Experience in Training, mentoring team members, and guiding clients to ensure a clear understanding of products and services.
• High adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical or healthcare industry practices would be an advantage.
• Relevant educational qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field are preferred.
