About the Role

high-performing Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:
Identify and pursue high-potential clients in the
chemical process manufacturing sector
(specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, paints & coatings, agrochemicals, etc.).
Account Management:
Maintain and grow existing accounts through strategic relationship building.
Solution Consulting:
Understand client operations and propose tailored solutions that address productivity, safety, and environmental compliance.
Sales Growth:
Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and market share targets for West India.
Territory Planning:
Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies with measurable KPIs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare impactful proposals and presentations.
Market Insights:
Stay ahead of trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the chemical manufacturing space.

Key Requirements

Minimum
4 years of B2B sales experience
in the
chemical process manufacturing industry
.
Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers in the chemical sector.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred; MBA is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively across West India.
