Sales and Service Engineer – Lithium Battery (B2B, Punjab, Jalandhar) Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Service Engineer specializing in lithium-ion battery solutions for B2B clients in Punjab, based in Jalandhar. You will drive sales by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you’ll provide technical support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lithium battery systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain client relationships for B2B sales of lithium-ion batteries. • Meet/exceed sales targets through lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures. • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of battery systems with a focus on safety and efficiency. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams when needed. • Stay updated on lithium battery technologies and industry trends. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and servicing, preferably in lithium batteries or electronics. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and battery technologies (e.g., BMS, lithium-ion). • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi; Punjabi language a plus). • Willingness to travel within Punjab and work under sales pressure.
