Service Engineer – Lithium Battery (B2B, West Bengal, Kolkata) We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer based in Kolkata to provide top-notch servicing for lithium-ion battery systems in the B2B sector across West Bengal. You will focus on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lithium battery solutions, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction for industrial and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair lithium-ion battery systems, including BMS diagnostics. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime. • Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. • Collaborate with sales teams and clients to offer technical support and training. • Maintain accurate service records and stay updated on battery technology advancements. Requirements: • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. • 1+ years of experience in servicing lithium-ion batteries or related electrical systems. • Strong understanding of battery management systems (BMS) and electrical safety protocols. • Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred). • Willingness to travel across West Bengal for on-site support.
