Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and technically sound Sales & Service Engineers / Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with sales acumen in the medical device industry. Freshers with the right aptitude and passion for healthcare technology are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical professionals

- Address customer queries and resolve technical issues promptly

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

- Coordinate with service teams for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:

- Graduate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields

Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or service roles (preferred but not mandatory)

- Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude are welcome

Desired Skills:

- Technical understanding of medical devices or electronic equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

- Problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
