Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. This role will primarily involve after-sales service, installation, and technical support for our range of analytical and testing instruments. When not engaged in field service, the candidate will assist our internal sales team with customer follow-ups, lead generation, and technical sales coordination. Key Responsibilities: Service & Technical Support Installation, commissioning, calibration, and training for analytical/testing instruments Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer assistance Maintain accurate service reports, customer logs, and visit documentation Sales Support (when not on service visits) Follow up with customers via phone and email Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, documents, and technical proposals Search and identify new leads, tenders, and project opportunities online Visit customers for initial lead generation / demo support Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and report daily activity updates to HQ Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years of experience OR B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience with analytical instruments or testing equipment preferred Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Willingness to travel across India for service visits (PAN India)
