Job Description

Sales Executive's primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by selling a company's products or services, both to new and existing customers. This involves a range of activities including lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and building strong client relationships. They are also involved in market research, sales strategy development, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential customers, assessing their needs, and qualifying leads to determine their likelihood of becoming customers.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, presenting products, and negotiating deals.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify leads, build relationships, and close sales.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience with CRM systems and a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.
  • Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Presenting products or services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits to persuade them to purchase.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,036.39 - ₹15,211.40 per month
