Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend the best solutions. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Keep detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and performance. Stay up to date with product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer-facing role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
